Class -June 20 - Caring For Your Mental Health in College

Join our Caring For Your Mental Health in College Class June 20 at 6 pm.


During this class, college students and their parents will gain an understanding of common mental health challenges faced by college students, such as stress, anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties as they live away from home. They will learn to recognize early warning signs and symptoms of mental health issues in themselves and others, as well as understand the importance of seeking help and accessing available resources.


The class will cover practical strategies for managing stress, promoting self-care, and building resilience.


Throughout the class, there will be opportunities for open discussions and Q&A sessions, encouraging students to actively participate and share their thoughts and concerns. This creates a safe and inclusive space where students can engage in meaningful dialogue and learn from one another's perspectives.
